30th: Afternoon arrival - Welcome drinks – Meet the Management & Staff - 3 course dinner inc tea/coffee.

31st: Breakfast - Gala Hogmanay Buffet dinner with tea/coffee.

1st: Late Buffet Brunch - Chefs Hot & Cold Buffet in the evening with tea/coffee.

2nd: Breakfast then departure.
