OUR TOP TIPS

Explore all four main market areas

Camden isn’t one market but several inter connected zones: Camden Lock, Stables Market, Buck Street Market, and Hawley Wharf. Each has its own character, from vintage fashion to crafts to modern food halls. Wandering between them is part of the experience.

Bring some cash and be ready to bargain

While many stalls take cards, some smaller or independent traders still prefer cash. Light bargaining is accepted at certain fashion and vintage stalls, especially in the Stables Market.

Take a break by the canal

Regent’s Canal runs right alongside Camden Lock. Grabbing a drink or snack and sitting by the water gives you a peaceful breather from the bustle and a great spot for people

watching.
